How to survive winter

The ETA host annual winter events from November through to April at the Kinsmen Sports Centre in Edmonton.

Aquathlon is a two discipline sport comprising of swimming and running. The swim component will take place in the competition tank and the run will be the will take place in the lower run track. The distance of the swim and run depend on age groups. Age groups and distances are as follows:
